Leading Independent Brokers Down the Right Path

A recent survey conducted by the Mortgage and Finance Brief has reinforced what has been known within the industry for years, that finding leads and new clients is the biggest challenge for independent brokers.

Of the 1140 Accredited Mortgage Consultants and Certified Mortgage Consultants surveyed, over 54% said that attracting new customers was one of the three main challenges they faced in their role.

 

Managing paperwork and office procedures and processing loans were the next highest, with 32.33% and 25.37% respectively.
